Overview

The Sunlong SLK6121UF14H is a low-entry hybrid city bus that is built by Sunlong Bus. It is largely based on the Sunlong SLK6121UF13H that was launched at the 2009 Busworld Asia exhibition, which won both the 2009 City Bus of the Year and the 2009 Green Bus of the Year awards.

SBS Transit

SBS Transit used to operate 2 demonstrator units of the Sunlong SLK6121UF14H.

In 2010, SBS Transit received 2 Sunlong SLK6121UF14H buses for demonstration. Both buses were bodied by Gemilang Coachwork, based on the Sunlong SLK6121UF13H design. At the end of a 2 year trial in 2012, both buses was returned to the dealer and no further purchases were made.

SBS8000Z was sold to Republic Express in 2014, while SBS8001X was loaned to Dnata for operations inside Changi Airport from 2012 to 2015 before being sold to Travel GSH.
